**Head of IT Services**

**VGW is a fast-growing technology company and creator of market-leading online social games. **With offices around the globe, we're on a mission to be the biggest gaming company in the world**

**We are expanding our Technology** **team and are currently looking for a Head of IT Services** **to join the team.**

As the Head of IT Services, you will lead VGW's global IT activities, overseeing technical operations, IT projects, the IT Service Desk and ensuring our IT infrastructure is secure and efficient.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading VGW's IT Services department globally, managing a diverse team of skilled professionals and ensuring high-performance and strategic planning
- Ensuring systems and data security, managing risks, and collaborating with stakeholders for effective IT operations and disaster recovery planning
- Developing and overseeing the IT budget, strategising on resourcing needs, and working with senior stakeholders to align IT with business goals
- Continuously improve processes and technology by analysing performance metrics, feedback and data to ensure that IT Services align with business needs

**What you will bring to the role**:

- A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, paired with 8+ years of experience in IT operations
- Proven expertise in leading technology teams and overseeing significant IT projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure, including MAC systems, security, network and systems administration
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- A strategic thinker with excellent decision-making skills and a knack for problem-solving
