**About the Opportunity**
- ECH is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Volunteer Coordinator to join the team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the ECH volunteer program. The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of volunteers who will contribute to enhance the lives of our clients through various activities and support.- Your daily tasks will look like:
- Lead operational aspect of volunteers including coordination, documentation, training, onboarding, and reporting
- Meet program KPIs and report on outcomes achieved by the programs
- Provide support to ECH bus trips as required
- Organise volunteer recognition events
- Ensure programs run align with and meet the National Volunteer Standards
- Participate in the development and implementation of new business processes
- Continually engage volunteers and supervisors on continuous improvements
**About You**
You have previous experience in volunteer management, leading a team and are up to date with your covid vaccination dose 1 and 2.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.

**The salary for this position is $ 37.96/hr - Subject to qualifications and experience**
