We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high performing team on a permanent full-time basis, looking after the **Rockhampton** area. You will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead, inspire and drive results through a team of merchandisers
- Commercial Customer Management, Selling & Negotiation
- Ensuring Arnott’s displays are upheld within stores and booking in future displays
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Management of your merchandiser and trade spend budgets
- Managing a variety of up 27 grocery stores across Rockhampton, Blackwater and Emerald
- Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
- Strict adherence to provided OSH guidelines

**Ingredients for Success**
- An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
- Superior customer focus challenging the status quo
- FMCG experience most notably is advantageous, however not essential
- Experience managing a small team
- Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
- Ability to complete fortnightly overnight stays whilst covering areas such as Blackwater and Emerald
