**About the Role**

We are seeking vibrant Beauty Advisors to join our team. If you love all things beauty and health, have a passion for helping others, and possess experience in makeup, we want to hear from you We’re looking for dedicated individuals interested in a long-term opportunity who is eager to lead and expand our beauty department through exceptional customer service, engaging promotions, and exciting events.

**Availability Requirements**

We are looking for someone who is available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays, to meet our customers' needs and ensure a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Beauty Advisor, you will manage and be responsible for the entire Cosmetics and Beauty Accessories section. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding individual beauty needs and offering personalised makeup and skincare advice.
- **Colour Matching**: Assist customers with colour matching to ensure they find the perfect products for their skin tone and type.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain stock levels and organise inventory, ensuring the beauty department is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- **Liaising with Brands**: Collaborate with brand representatives to stay updated on product launches and promotions, facilitating in-store events and demonstrations.
- **Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for team members on product knowledge and beauty techniques to foster a knowledgeable team.
- **Sales Targets**: Monitor and manage KPIs and sales targets within the beauty department, implementing strategies to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

- Have a genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, and skincare, and enjoy sharing that knowledge with others.
- Possess a strong customer service orientation, focusing on creating positive experiences for every customer.
- Are self-motivated, able to work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Are confident in managing store social media accounts.

**Skills and Experience**
To be successful as a Beauty Advisor, you should have:

- The ability to advise customers on makeup and skincare needs confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills and clear communication abilities.
- A proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work autonomously.
