**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the first point of contact for patients, greeting them with a friendly smile and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they walk in.
- Manage patient appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process payments, verify insurance details, and handle billing queries with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing phone lines, scheduling appointments, and coordinating patient flow.
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless communication and an excellent patient experience.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Previous experience in a dental reception or medical office environment is preferred, but not essential.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working with people.
- Proficiency with dental software and general office tools is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a professional and calm approach in a busy environment.
