**About the role**

As a **Store Manager** at **Cross Classics Sorrento**, you will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our menswear retail store located in **Sorrento, VIC 3943**. Cross Classics is a boutique menswear retailer selling quality products eg: Ralph Lauren, GANT, Bugatti, Meyer, A Fish Named Fred and many more. This full-time position will require you to lead a talented team, drive sales and customer service excellence, and ensure the smooth running of our store.

**The Managers Role will include**
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and meeting sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Analyse store performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable plans
- Collaborate with the management team to contribute to the overall success of the business

**What we're looking for**
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in a retail store management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for the retail industry
- Proficient in financial management, inventory control, and data analysis
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the **retail and consumer products** industry and related best practices
