**_Are you interested in progressing your career through an adult paint apprenticeship?_**
**_Are you a hard working individual that likes variety in your role?_**

As a Paint Apprentice, you will be provided on the job training whilst working alongside a qualified and experienced Painter, and attending TAFE one day a week.

**Snapshot of the role**:
- Control temperature, humidity and other factors inside the paint booth that determine how a coat of paint dries
- Adjust the flow and viscosity of the paint and control the air pressure to the spray gun
- Disassemble, clean and reassemble painting equipment
- Monitor painting operations to identify flaws, such as blisters and streaks and correct their causes
- Water breaking for contamination free surface

**What we are looking for**:

- Commitment to undergo a 4 year apprenticeship
- Able to demonstrate a strong commitment to safety in the workplace
- Ability to follow work instructions specifications and procedures
- Knowledge of aerospace quality, inspection and production control systems in a lean manufacturing environment
- Motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent attention to detail
