**Description**:
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team based in Coolangatta on a Part-Time basis Monday to Friday 2pm to 9:30pm.

The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the nightly cleaning activities of the dedicated on site team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to work Monday to Friday - 2pm to 9:30pm
- Oversee and train cleaning staff
- Schedule cleaning staff and assign tasks
- Ensure that all areas are cleaned to company standards
- Ensure that cleaning equipment is maintained and in good working condition
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Handle and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met

**Requirements**:

- Current police clearance
- Proven experience as a cleaning supervisor managing teams
- A background in the commercial cleaning services or facilities management area (essential)
- Experience with cleaning standards and processes across a variety of industries including universities, schools, manufacturing, commercial etc. (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
