**Opportunity**

As a highly motivated FP&A Analyst you will be responsible for providing an extremely high level of service to ensure we fulfil the delivery promise.

The FP&A Analyst’s focus will be:

- Supporting the Budget and Forecast development process
- Investigating and analysing Revenue and Expense variances, and understanding the drivers of performance
- Month end accruals and reporting on overhead spend
- Preparing monthly performance reports
- Performing upload process into reporting tool (Adaptive)
- Maintaining staff movements, and allocation by client for reporting purposes
- Back-up for Invoicing and Accounting Team for leave coverage
- Manage Delivery Professional uniforms program in consultation with Chief Executive Manager of Operations.
- In-depth analysis of individual client performance from Transport Management System and reporting tools
- Other tasks as delegated by the Supervisor or as required from time to time

**The Individual**
- You are a team player; you will have a team-based approach and contribute to the positive culture and environment of our business
- You have advanced excel skills and ideally Power BI skills
- You have previous experience in an accounting or financial planning & analysis role
- You have accounting qualifications or relevant training
- You have the ability to multitask
- You have high attention to detail
- You will be a patient and positive communicator, including good verbal and written skills
- You will be passionate about ensuring a positive delivery experience for our Delivery Professionals, our clients and their customers
- You possess a 'can do' attitude, you are reliable, have a strong work ethic and you are motivated to do a great job
- You will have the ability to think “outside the box’ and aim for continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
