Provisional Financial Adviser

**The role**:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Provisional Financial Adviser** **to join our team busy team, to undertake their Professional Year (PY) training.

Working closely with our advising team and CEO, this role will offer variety, challenges and a clear career path as a Financial Adviser within our company. There is also the potential to become an equity holder in the business in the future

**The role**:

- The provisional financial adviser will be supported through their professional year and receive training and mentorship through all facets of financial planning; with an ultimate goal of servicing an existing group of clients.
- The option to source new clients will also be fully supported but not required.

***Essential Requirements**:

- Be completed or near completed an Approved Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport with clients over the phone, video or in person.
- Be a team player and be able to balance professionalism with a bit of fun.

To be successful in this role, you will be a positive and proactive person with a desire to learn new things and take initiative. No prior experience is required as all training will be provided.
