**The Role**
- Manage, motivate, and develop your team in accordance with the company’s standards and guidelines
- Take ownership of your Store’s budgets and targets and analyse efficiency to achieve the company’s objective
- Drive sales and achieve KPI's for your store across all departments
- Plan and manage the rostering of the store alongside department managers
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions for your store
- Utilise your industry knowledge about the latest fashion trends to conduct market research in order to deliver feedback to Head Office in Spain
- Manage and support the processing of deliveries and preparation of stock to ensure shop floor is replenishment at all times
- Conduct store briefings and preparing store updates to ensure awareness of the day-to-day priorities and operations of the store
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Support and provide a safe and healthy work environment free from discrimination, harassment, bullying, violence, and any form of inappropriate behaviour for all participants within the workplace

**About You**
- Passionate about leading your team to success
- Confident and clear communication skills
- Business minded and driven to succeed
- 4+ year’s experience managing a large team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
- Availability to work 38 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends

Pay: $77,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
