Assistant Groundsman

Amberlee Family Holidays is a hybrid property offering short term holiday accommodation, annual holiday units and residential homes. Amberlee is set over 25 acres and is located at Rosebud on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a family run business with dedicated staff who take pride in the parks appearance and offer a ‘CANI - Constant and Never-ending Improvement’ approach to our park.

**Role**

You will be required to report to our General Manager and assist our Lead Groundsman. The position involves, general property maintenance and assisting with maintenance of equipment and holiday park facilities to ensure the property is maintained to a level that allows for safe, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday experiences for all who stay at Amberlee.

General duties will be including but not limited to; mowing, edging, brush cutting, blowing, raking, weeding, tree trimming, chipping and weed management. Additional Park maintenance may include fencing, gravel laying, concreting and general household maintenance including smoke alarm checks, light bulb changing, gutter cleaning, and other minor tasks within your skill set/qualification.

**Experience/Qualifications**

Any experience in Bobcat, Excavator and/or Cherry Picker would be an advantage, however training can be provided.

All equipment and PPE provided.

Role requires WWC - Working with Children
