Apprentice Plasterer

Armstrong Plastering is currently looking for an apprentice plasterer to join the team. All year levels including new school leavers welcome.

Working with qualified and skilled plasterers you will gain valuable hands-on experience, mentoring and support. With a friendly and and courteous work environment.

We specialise in all aspects of plastering and plaster repairs including renovations, and new homes.

Duties will include
- Fix standard plasterboard wall and ceiling sheets
- Application of troweling compounds
- Installing of metal framing walls and ceilings
- Installing of standard paper back cornice and ornate cornices
- Restoration of existing homes
- Prepare surfaces for plastering

To be successful you will need to have the following:
Must have:

- Be a confident communicator
- A high level of attention to detail
- Motivated with a genuine interest in the plastering industry
- Be trustworthy and reliable
- Car and licence not required (if you can meet at pick up points)
- Must be time punctual

Within this role you will complete a plastering apprenticeship and gain a nationally recognised qualification.

To be eligible for an apprenticeship or traineeship you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have full working rights.

**Salary**: $560.00 - $1,000.00 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
