Retail Manager

**About the role**

Quiet Crocodile Pty ltd T/A Nibali's Anketell is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team in Anketell, WA. As our Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. **What you'll be doing**
- Manage and lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.
- Ensure efficient inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment.
- Analyse sales data and store performance, making recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure the store operates in compliance with company policies and procedures.

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: $79,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
