**About the role**
- Support our Concierge to drive & lead our Porte-Cochere
- Coordinating daily operations and delegating tasks including the arrival and departure of guests
- Supervising a team of bellman and managing their performance
- Demonstrate to guests & team members a dedication to service excellence
- Creating outstanding service experiences that result in lasting memories

**About You**
- Current Hotel Porter or Bellmen looking to step into a leadership role
- Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
- Opera Property Management System (PMS) experience or similar
- Bilingual/Multilingual is advantageous
- Highly motivated to work in a well-established industry
