This role is **ongoing, full-time and immediate commencement.**
The successful applicant must:
- Have relevant and demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector
- Possess skills in ICT incident, task and change management processes and familiarity with service management tools to track and prioritise workload
- Have experience supporting Audio/Visual solutions within classroom, performance and/or event spaces
- Have experience supporting hardware running Windows, iOS and macOS including network connectivity and print services
- Demonstrate the ability to engage with processes and procedures whilst documenting and maintaining records in an accurate, logical, and accessible manner
- Provide exceptional service and support experiences to both internal and external stakeholders through effective communication strategies
- Work independently and also as part of a dynamic, creative and collaborative team
- Be willing to be involved in all aspects of the School’s program
- Demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to following the School’s child safety expectations, principles and policies
