**Job Description**:
We require a dynamic and professional Maitre D' to join our Food and Beverage team on a part-time basis at our fine dining restaurant Oak & Vine located at Oaks Cypress Lakes.

Expected hours: 16-24 hours per week
Shifts: Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee the service of food and beverages
- Manage seating chart
- Check and make reservations
- Greet guests
- Supervise the front of house food and beverage team

**Qualifications**:
**To be a success in this position, you will have**:

- Supervisory experience gained in a similar role.
- A current RSA certificate.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude.
- A high level of self-motivation and confidence.
