We are currently seeking a highly motivated **Junior Sales Development Representative** to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

**About the Role**:
As a Junior Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through proactive lead generation, account management, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This role serves as a stepping stone for individuals with the right attitude, hunger for success, and drive to grow into a Sales Executive position.

**Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate new leads and identify potential clients.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the Sales team.

**Account Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to address enquiries, concerns, and support client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist the Sales team in creating and maintaining sales collateral.
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage content for effective lead generation.

**CRM Management**:

- Document all interactions and lead qualification activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Keep CRM data up-to-date and accurate for reporting and analysis purposes.

**Training and Development**:

- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal and professional development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rhodes, NSW 2138: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
