**About Curtin Heritage Living**

Curtin Heritage living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and home care services.

We have joined forces with Shine Community Care. Shine is also a not-for-profit that provides home and community care services, predominantly in the western suburbs of Perth. Eventually, Curtin Heritage Living and Shine Community Care will operate as a single organisation.

**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced home care manager to lead our case coordination and service delivery team. The role will be focused on the development and maintenance of great professional relationships, and the delivery of services that meet the expectations of our clients.

The role can be flexible. You have the option of working flexible full-time or part-time (8 or 9 days each fortnight) hours.

**About you**

You will have:

- An interest in making a difference to others
- A desire to work with older people
- An interest in working with, and contributing to, a positive team environment
- Well-developed written, spoken and computer literacy
- Work rights in Australia
- National police clearance
