**Full-time Position**

**Salary $80,000 to $85,000 per annum**

**About the Role**
The primary purpose of the position is to provide evidence-based psychosocial interventions across the scope of BUSY Health Services
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Facilitate a range of individual and group evidence-based cognitive behavioural interventions to clients
- Work closely with community agencies to connect people with cultural, recreation, social and education services to create opportunities for clients to meaningfully participate and engage with their communities
- Administer a range of psychological assessments
- Engage in reflective practice and contextual ethical reasoning with the goal of improving clinical practices
- Provide peer support to other BUSY health practitioners
- Facilitate in-home sessions for NDIS participants, with clinical support and guidance from the Senior Health Practitioner and GM Health
- Case consultation with case managers and/or leaders to facilitate the effective provision of support services to be done either separately to the case manager or jointly
- Actively work to meet individual and team clinical and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with other BUSY staff and managers to promote new allied health services
- Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, promoting The BUSY Group’s suite of products and services to key stakeholders
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology and/or counselling
- Relevant registration/accreditation as allied health professional
- Blue Card (unless registration held provides exemption)
- Demonstrated ability to provide high quality assessment and evidence-based psychosocial interventions within case management models of service delivery
- Proven capacity and ability to work with professional integrity within ethical guidelines and support vulnerable people to identify and meet their goals
- Demonstrated ability to engage in contextual ethical reasoning in line with relevant ethical, legislative and organisational expectations
- Proven capacity to work alongside case managers to support clients to reach broader biopsychosocial goals
- Minimum of 6 months experience providing psychosocial health services, preferably within employment and/or education sector
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team of health practitioners
- Knowledge and understanding of current mental health issues in Australia including its impact on client presentations and needs
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication, time management and relationship management skills
- Strong client focus and desire to be a part of a growing, high achieving, successful service organisation
- Flexibility to work across multiple sites at little notice
