**MWP Coatings Pty Ltd** is currently looking for experienced **IRATA Level 1, 2, and 3** rope access technicians to join our team on multiple projects across Sydney.

**The Role**
- Engage in a variety of tasks including maintenance, construction, painting, rendering, and remedial work.
- Work hands-on as part of the team, contributing to rescue procedures and occasionally serving as a standby technician.
- Share your knowledge and experience to help develop and strengthen team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Rope Access Manager to help expand the department and build relationships with both current and future clients.
- Rate will be checked upon experience.

**About You**

We’re looking for a skilled professional who can adapt to different site conditions, takes pride in their workmanship, and enjoys working in a team.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- A current IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
- Experience working on construction sites
- A minimum of 200 rope access hours
- Hands-on experience in rope access work related to remedial and construction tasks
- Confidence using power tools
- Trade qualifications and high-risk work (HRW) licenses are a strong advantage
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- A positive and collaborative attitude toward colleagues and clients
- Good physical fitness and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the job
- A valid construction white card

Pay: $80,000.00 per year
