**About the role**
Reporting to the Operations Team leader, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Knowledge Base System to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and supports service excellence, while providing high-quality administrative support for our stakeholder engagement program which includes helping to foster strong, collaborative relationships with the Customer Operations Team Leaders.
We’re seeking someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a strategic thinker. Someone who can anticipate challenges and make informed decisions that align with our goals. Confident in influencing outcomes through clear communication, evidence-based reasoning (including making tough calls), and collaborative engagement with stakeholders across all levels.
This is a full-time temporary role (01/12/2025 until the 08/01/2027) based at the Knox Civic Centre. We support flexible working arrangements while ensuring operational needs of the role are met.
This is a Band 5 classified role. Remuneration will be $80,377.95 to $93,517.76 (depending on experience) plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
