Innovation and Infrastructure Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate innovator to join our IT team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our existing IT infrastructure across the business whilst also looking for opportunities to innovate our ways of working, particularly within the efficiency and automation space. You will proactively seek out opportunity, providing recommendations to the business and managing the delivery of innovation projects across our business and different sites.

**A taste of what you’ll be doing**:
Lead the IT innovation center in researching, developing, and implementing cutting edge technologies and solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT team.
Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Develop and deliver training programs for end users on the Microsoft platform, including Office 365, Windows, and other relevant technologies.
Create training materials, documentation, and resources to support end-user learning and adoption.
Ensure the security, availability, and scalability of all IT systems.
Review site infrastructure identifying risks and mitigation strategies to ensure zero impacts due to technology failures.
Oversee the end to end delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

**Your recipe for success**:
To be successful in this role you will have a natural passion and curiosity for innovation. You will be able to work collaboratively with different teams throughout the organisation to think with an “end user” lens, using your continuous improvement attitude to identify areas of opportunity to automate and streamline work through systems and IT. You will also have
- A bachelors degree or diploma on Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
3-5 years experience managing end to end infrastructure.
2 years experience working with Microsoft Power Platform.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, possessing the ability to develop rapport with a variety of stakeholders with ease.
Experience managing modern infrastructure platforms.
Project management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity.
