Trainee Plant Manager

Reporting to the Operations & Logistics Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Taking and entering concrete orders
- Scheduling and allocating jobs
- Supervising Concrete Agitator Drivers
- Coordinating plant maintenance and performing basic upkeep
- Batching and dispatching concrete
- Managing raw material stocks
- Upholding safety, health, environmental, and Chain of Responsibility standards
