Barista

Gusto is a fun vibrant Cafe situated inside a leafy business park in Botany. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic passionate Barista to join our team.

This role is available Mon-Fri no weekends required

Core role and responsibilities but not limited to.
- Opening the Cafe, dialing in the different coffee blends that are on offer ensuring the correct profiles are met.
- Preparing each coffee ensuring the recipes are met, adjusting the grind as the day progresses
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
- Maintaining all equipment and carrying our daily maintenance procedures
- Maintaining the core values of our business and what we have built
- SMILE AND MORE

**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**:

- RSA License (Responsible Service of Alcohol)

**Experience**
- Minimum 4 years Barista experience

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
