Seeking a third year electrical apprentice.

Join the dynamic team at Tlj Services and installations as a full-time Solar and Battery Electrician in the heart of Melbourne, VIC. In this strategic position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality electrical services for residential and commercial solar and battery installations. **What you'll be doing**
- Conduct electrical inspections, installations, maintenance and repairs for solar panel and battery storage systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing efficient and effective solutions
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Ensure all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, industry regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all completed work
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the team

**What we're looking for**
- A third year electrical apprentice
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, battery storage, and related electrical components
- Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex electrical issues
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, safe and efficient work
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
- A valid Australian driver's licence and reliable transportation
