**About The Venue**

Promenade is a vibrant and dynamic restaurant located in the heart of Bondi Beach. With a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences and warm hospitality, we take pride in offering a diverse menu crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our team is passionate about providing excellent service in a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently through reservation system
- Provide guests with menus and directions within the venue.
- Assist with coat check and other guest services as needed
- Monitor the dining area to ensure cleanliness and organisation
- Collaborate with leaders to maintain smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Uphold our standards of hospitality and contribute to a positive work environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
