West Coast Sheet Metal is part of the Stratco group, a dynamic, national leader in the manufacture and marketing of building and home improvement products. With an outstanding record of continual growth, Stratco has manufacturing plants and home improvement stores throughout Australia and several international locations.

An exciting opportunity has become available for qualified Production Team Members based in Forrestdale. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Metal Processing Team - reporting to the Production Supervisor.

Some of this role includes:

- Cut, measure, and assemble prepainted and metallic coated steel to specifications.
- Interpreting product drawings
- Fabricating metal products to specifications and drawings.
- General housekeeping activities
- Training in the use of specific items of plant and equipment

Skills and Experience
- Certificate lll in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) with at least 2 years of experience **OR **at least 3 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience welding thin gauge stainless steel will be an advantage
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a team environment
