**Are you a motivated Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your leadership journey?**

Dhelkaya Health is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic **After-Hours Manager** to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role provides after-hours leadership and oversight of the nursing workforce and hospital operations, ensuring high standards of clinical care and operational excellence.

**As the After-Hours Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Leading and supporting the clinical team to deliver safe, holistic, and person-centred care
- Ensuring appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation across all areas
- Providing confident, professional leadership and guidance to clinical staff
- Promoting a culture of safety and quality in alignment with best practice standards
- Maintaining oversight of patient and staff safety throughout the facility

This role predominantly involves **evening and night shifts**, with **day shifts available on weekends and public holidays**.** Flexible working arrangements, including **job share**, will be considered.

**About you**
- Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated high level nursing experience, knowledge, skill and focus on nursing leadership
