**Position Focus**

As a Service Technician you will be responsible for investigation, troubleshooting and repair of various products including power beds, power recliners, walking aids etc whilst delivering the premium service support we are recognised for.

**Role Specifics**

This role relates specifically to servicing and repairing equipment both within our facilities and client locations. Repairs will typically be mechanically based and replacement of parts in equipment such as beds, recliner chairs, walking aids, wheelchairs etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work with the Service Manager to coordinate and orchestrate repairs for clients in accordance with established practise
- Manage client contacts via phone and face to face
- Utilise Service Systems
- Provide clear and accurate activity reports to Management
- Work Monday to Friday normal Business Hours (some out of hours emergency work may be required on occasion)

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Handyman skill and mechanical aptitude
- Problem solving skills / diagnostic skill
- The ability to work independently, unsupervised and within a team environment where required
- Strong customer service focus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and excellent time management ability
- Good computer skills
- Preferred dynamic personality with personal relationship building skills to enhance client experience
- Positive personal presentation
- Genuinely willing to go the extra mile and achieve the right outcomes

The position will involve travel to client locations (within the Sydney metro, Central Coast, Wollongong areas with occasional wider range travel required).

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
