Kemps Creek, AUNew greenfield Advanced Water Recycling Centre and associated infrastructure which will provide wastewater services and recycled water for the Aerotropolis, Western Sydney Airport and Southwest Growth Areas.

The project will include the Design, Construction and 10yr Operation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant and an Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant, which will produce:

- High-quality treated water suitable for recycling & environmental flows to an ultimate capacity of 70ML/d
- Biosolids suitable for beneficial reuse
- A new 25km pipeline from the AWRC to Sydney Water’s existing wastewater system to discharge brine.
- A new 16km pipeline from the AWRC to the Nepean River, to release excess treated water.
- This project will be one of the most technologically advanced wastewater treatment plants in the Southern Hemisphere.

**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced **Personal Assistant** to provide senior secretarial support to the Project Director. Reporting directly into the Project Director, you’ll be accountable for managing the day-to-day activities of the Project Director as well as the Senior Leadership team, assisting with diary management, client communication, project events and preparation of project reports.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage the day-to-day activities of the Project Director and Senior Leadership team
- Oversee and coordinate the Project Directors diary, which will include, management, scheduling and calendar planning
- Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the Project Director
- Management of preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
- Develop and maintain the records management system
- Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices and purchase requisitions
- Identify, monitor and improve work processes
- Organise events relevant to the team within budget

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing project secretarial support within the Construction or similar industry.
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
