Join a values-driven team providing trauma-informed, culturally safe care for children and young people in statutory out-of-home care.

As Therapeutic Casework Coordinator, you'll oversee and guide Permanency Support Program (PSP) case management across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality support, safeguarding wellbeing, and embedding best practice across a multi-disciplinary team.

**What you'll do**
- Lead and support Case Managers across locations, including Liverpool, Wagga Wagga, Queanbeyan, and Blacktown.
- Drive excellence in casework practice aligned with legislation, standards, and therapeutic frameworks.
- Promote trauma-informed, culturally responsive care—especially for Aboriginal and culturally diverse communities.
- Build strong partnerships with Aboriginal organisations, government agencies, and local providers.
- Provide supervision, training, and professional development to staff.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and operational coordination to ensure effective service delivery.
- Travel regularly to regional sites and participate in after-hours on-call support.

**What you'll bring**
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Community Services or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in child protection, PSP, or statutory care.
- Demonstrated leadership in coordinating casework teams and driving outcomes.
- Expertise in trauma-informed care, therapeutic practices, and cultural safety.
- Sound knowledge of NSW Child Protection legislation and permanency principles.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder, and problem-solving skills.
