We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that elevate our product to new heights.

- Owning the experience for your workstream and bringing our products to scale.
- Creating wireframes and delivering prototypes for user testing.
- Generating & consuming user feedback to better understand customer needs.
- Finding creative ways to solve our customer’s problems - usability, findability, accessibility & excitement generators.
- Working with existing UI patterns, develop wireframes, flow diagrams and specs which are ready for development.
- Communicating your design ideas and prototypes to the developers in your app’s team.
- Rationalising your designs with development to be an experience - ensuring that what’s brought live matches your vision.
- Staying relevant with competitor products and industry trends.

**You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following experience.**
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX designer.
- Familiarity with interaction design, information architecture and how they’re applied to webapps.
- Be proficient in modern design software - we love Figma & Jira, however we’re keen to know what’s in your workflow and can bring to our DesignOps.
- Excellent communication skills - you’ll rationalise your designs to our business team, developers and fellow designers.
