Stan the man cleaning services has been in the business for over 13 years, completing jobs all over Victoria and serving hundreds of satisfied clients. He is the owner of StanTheMan Cleaning Services and has managed a team for many years, handling large projects. We are currently looking for another team member to assist with jobs. No prior experience is required—we will provide training. We are seeking someone for the long term, not just a short-term gig.

We’re looking for someone who is:

**Salary and Compensation**:

- While in training, you will invoice $25 per hour under your ABN. Once training is complete, you will invoice per job, starting at 40% per job and increasing from there based on performance

**Location**:
Servicing clients in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne

**Your Goal as a Exterior Cleaner**:
To ensure a wonderful experience for our customers through exceptional customer service and high-quality exterior cleaning work

**Exterior Cleaner Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Clean gutters on one
- and two-story homes
- Clean windows
- Clean solar panels
- Perform pressure washing
- Maintain service quality
- Provide friendly customer service to ensure repeat clients

**Required Experience and Qualifications**:

- Has a working at heights licence ideal but not a deal breaker
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Has experience in working outdoors

**Bonus Qualifications**:

- Bonus if you are already a trained window cleaner

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $22.30 - $39.39 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
