**Your New Role**

As a Casual Retail Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our brand-new store Your focus will be creating memorable shopping experiences, helping customers find the perfect products, and keeping the store looking top-notch. This is a flexible role that offers a great opportunity to be part of an exciting new venture while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. Whether it’s helping with a purchase or setting up a promotional display, you’ll be an essential part of our store’s success.

**Your Day to Day**
- Engage with customers and provide tailored shopping experiences
- Assist with product recommendations and inquiries
- Maintain the store’s appearance, including merchandising and restocking
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Support with inventory checks and stock receiving
- Assist in resolving customer queries and providing after-sales support
- Set up promotional displays and ensure marketing materials are up-to-date

**What You Need**
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A good understanding of basic sales principles
- Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and stock levels
- Competence in cash handling and using a POS system
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
- Problem-solving skills to handle customer queries and operational challenges
