**Job Description**:
Sodexo is currently looking for an experienced Regional Catering Manager, on a 5/2 roster. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and energized individual with significant catering knowledge and the confidence to engage at all levels with Sodexo Catering staff, Village management, Clients and dining room guests through various means of communication.

**Who are we looking for?**

As the Regional Catering Manager for Mining East coast, you will be accountable for the onsite catering operations of a portfolio of villages within this region. You will be working on-site and in the Brisbane Office; your focus will be setting and achieving targets, analysing variances in Food Cost, ensuring user Satisfaction, meeting contractual catering KPI’s and site compliance for the Sodexo food management process.

The aim of this position is the create stable catering teams with a focus on improved service quality, strong kitchen culture, job satisfaction and safety.

Without question, you will be an exceptional communicator, have a strategic mindset with an entrepreneurial & solutions based approach.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- Australian Citizenship, or full Australian working rights
- Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police check
- Minimum CERT III Commercial Cookery
- Remote site Chef experience (5yrs in Kitchen leadership as Head Chef, Executive Chef or Catering Manager)
- Food Safety Supervisor (Certified)

Working on-site and off site with our teams means you’ll be working up to 11 hours per day on a 5/2 roster, often in extreme environments. So, having a good level of fitness will help you get through each day
