**About Us**

We are a growing NDIS service provider based in Condell Park, dedicated to supporting participants and their families with compassionate, reliable, and culturally-informed care. We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our presence, reach more clients, and build strong relationships within the community.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Create engaging posts (images, captions, videos) 3-5 times per week
- Design and update marketing materials (flyers, brochures, business cards)
- Plan and run small ad campaigns (Facebook, Google) within budget
- Update our business listings and directories online
- Suggest and execute ideas to increase brand awareness and attract new clients
- Report on engagement and provide recommendations to improve results
- Ensure all content complies with NDIS and privacy standards

**About You**
- Experience in NDIS managing social media and creating content for small businesses
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads (preferred)
- Strong writing and design skills (Canva or similar)
- Understanding of NDIS or willingness to learn
- Creative, reliable, and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Permanent, Subcontract, Casual, Contract, Volunteer

Pay: $49,900.00 - $88,962.36 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
