Exciting Opportunity: Operations Supervisors - multiple positions - Heathwood, QLD

Standard working week at 38hrs across shifts between 6:00am to 6:00pm (6:00am - 2:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm) Saturday shifts also to be worked.

As the Operations Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of our logistics and supply chain operations, driving efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, and supervise warehouse operations to achieve service objectives.- Plan and coordinate activities autonomously to achieve daily results and contribute to strategic goals.- Build and enhance team capabilities, ensuring high standards of work and safety.- Identify and develop opportunities to grow the business with innovative solutions.- Assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring long-term commitment to Toll.- Supervise and guide team members, providing direction and training.- Coordinate work activities and ensure department throughput is maximised.

About You:
- Extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management.- Strong understanding of warehousing and management systems (WMS).- Ability to identify and remedy operational inefficiencies.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability.- Proficiency in managing business plans and KPIs.
