Food and Beverage Waitstaff

Ottimo House, Denham Court Estate is South West Sidney's premier wedding and events venue and was recently announced as the winner of Best Wedding Caterer Sydney at the Restaurant and Catering Awards for Excellence 2024.

The venue caters for all types of corporate or social events to weddings from small intimate ceremonies to lavish celebrations of up to 500 guests.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic customer service focused Waitstaff to join our busy functions and events team.

As a key member of our team you will represent our friendly and professional service philosophy. Key duties of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

- Work cohesively and productively as part of the food & beverage team
- A friendly, customer-focused attitude with the aim to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional service and ability to work unsupervised to attend to guest needs and ensure all requests are fulfilled with a smile
- Work with a team to ensure the smooth running of events, meetings, functions and weddings.
- Assist with the preparation, set up and pack down of events
- Honest and reliable
- Demonstrate pride in grooming and appearance
- Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients.
- At least 6 months experience in a high volume function and events venue would be ideal but not essential
- Weekends and evening availability is essential
- Start ASAP

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Function waitstaff: 1 year (preferred)
