This highly complex ASX listed organisation are one of the leaders in their field. The group has significant international holdings and is constantly looking at growth opportunities. They are widely regarded as an employer of choice in the Australian marketplace and have a brand synonymous with innovation and excellence.

A Planning Implementation Lead will drive the implementation of Adaptive Planning/Insights that will sit onto of a newly implemented ERP for initially 12-months contract.

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide input into the ERP Adaptive Planning strategy and delivery plans
- Work with the ERP stakeholders to understand and shape their business planning and reporting requirements including prioritisation of financial models, driving standardisation and consolidation of solutions
- Ensure effective adoption of Workday technology through product training and collaboration with Workday Adaptive and reporting experts
- Design, build, test and document elements of the ERP planning solution as agreed with the ERP Finance Lead
- Support deployment of ERP Planning solution into production environments and provide post go-live support during the hyper care period

Key criteria to be considered:

- Tangible FP&A experience with large complex business
- Ideally you will have tangible Adaptive Insights/Planning implementation experience
- You must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders
