Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work collaboratively to help shape our Disability and Child and Family Services support teams.

**About you**:
The position requires a recruitment or human resources professional who is highly collaborative and able to build relationships with organisational leaders to understand their recruitment needs and provide a timely and appropriate recruitment and onboarding advice and service.

**About the role**:
Fixed Term, 6 month contract. Approximately Salary $80K + Salary packaging and Superannuation

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the recruitment of workforce through a one stop “concierge service” to plan, prioritise and deliver recruitment services to agreed service and demand levels.

**What’s essential**:

- Qualifications or significant experience in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in recruitment & onboarding
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and support organisational leaders
- Current knowledge of contemporary and effective recruitment practices
