**THE ROLE**

A great opportunity has become available for a Deployment Scheduling Specialist to join our Inter-Branch Transfer (Interstate) team based at our Northmead office who can adapt to the new and exciting environment at Coca Cola Europacific Partners as we continue to grow.

Receiving ongoing support and training, the purpose of your role is to tactically schedule daily Interstate stock movements from our Production sites to our Distribution Centres across the country via all modes of transport - Road, Rail & Sea. This is done in collaboration with stakeholders such as 3PL Transport providers, Inventory, Planning, Logistics & Transport Team’s. The aim is to help CCEP deliver superior customer service levels while maintaining cost efficiencies.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Planning and Organising - Establishing courses of action of self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently & on-time.
- Communication - Clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
- Influence - Creating and executing strategies that persuade key stakeholders to take action that will advance shared interests and business goals.
- Analytics - Review data trends to identify Continuous Improvement opportunities that deliver improved business results.

**Skills**:

- A high level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Attention to detail & organisational skills
- Intermediate to advanced in MS Office
- Previous SAP experience (TMS / ECC) preferred

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant industry experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Logistics is preferred
- Experience in other analytical roles preferred
