Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks on machinery and equipment
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues
- Carry out preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal operational efficiency
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to support production goals
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting or relevant field (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
