The Congrats Food Group is looking for front of house professionals Join us at Poodle Bar & Bistro or Rocco's Bologna Discoteca - two of Gertrude Streets finest.

Poodle Bar & Bistro has a venue capacity of 200 guests, there will be various roles on shift for you to sink your teeth into. The venue boasts a ground level 40 seater restaurant, two private dining spaces that have their own identity and bar areas that welcome a beer or a dry martini. You will love our design aesthetic as we have created a space that will wow and make you proud to walk in the door everyday. Opening hours are dinner service Wednesday to Friday with Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner service. This allows flexibility with rostering. The menu is a nod to European cuisine, with flavours and techniques from around the world. Clothed tables, mood lighting and a 200 bottle wine list helps to ensure an enjoyable evening, with staff that are knowledgable, friendly and happy to engage.

Rocco's may be half the size of of it's sister venue, but don't let that fool you The meatball sub that stopped a nation makes it a fun and fast atmosphere while still upholding the standards expected of a Fitzroy trattoria. With Italo disco pumping throughout the venue, we love to talk amaro and ever changing soft serve flavours The wine list is short, sharp and smart as well as our cocktail offering. The space that has been created is warm and welcoming to both guests and staff alike. Open Wednesday dinner, Thursday to Saturday both lunch and dinner and Sunday lunch, the spread of shifts on offer is flexible.
