**The Role**

Reporting to the Drafting Manager and based in **Darra**, the Draftsperson**will be responsible for preparing design and detailed workshop drawings for mechanical services plant, equipment, buildings, or other structures, in close liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and project requirements are met.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Prepare design and workshop drawings for mechanical services
- Convert engineering designs into accurate CAD drawings
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain and control project documentation and deliverables
- Coordinate drawings across disciplines for project integration
- Support project teams with documentation, RFIs, and site meetings
- Ensure compliance with drawing standards and quality processes

**What makes you stand out**
- Proven industry experience
- Engineering, Drafting or relevant qualification
- Proficient with AutoCAD, CadDuct & Navisworks and Revit MEP desirable
- Experience across a variety of projects in the residential, commercial and health sectors (desirable)
- Experience producing workshop drawings and 3D coordinated models of HVAC systems & plant rooms
- Experience in document control management
- Ability to prioritise to meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team environment & contribute to continual improvements
