- What’s on offer?_

We wish to complement our existing team with an experienced Supervisor to join our Fulton Hogan Utilities business in South Australia supporting our Delivery Team. This role is critical to the delivery a key telecommunication fibre infrastructure project across SA, WA and VIC. You will be required to work locally and remotely for periods of time.

In this role you'll be responsible for:
- Ensuring workers implement control measures to minimise risk to health and safety of themselves and others through SWMS, Special Processes and Corrective Actions- Supervising and managing a team of specialist technicians-
- Coordinating with engineering team to develop and maintain short term progress- Developing good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Calculating and monitoring daily cost of resources and working to target budgets- Leading a culture of safety and productivity.

How you'll connect to the role:
- Proven experience as a field Supervisor working on telecommunication or civil projects- Previous experience in Telstra Fibre delivery is highly desirable- Demonstrate computer literacy- Read and interpret cable plans and specifications- A sound understanding of existing network architecture- Strong management capabilities with the ability to lead from the front- Anility to work remotely- Alignment with our values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership- Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan’s Living Safely Culture.
