As a Field Service Mechanic for one of the world’s leading Caterpillar dealers you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers across the Newcastle region. You will use your technical skill to provide product support and perform repairs and maintenance to ensure our customers can get the most from their machines.

Ideally, you will have sound Caterpillar product knowledge and a demonstrated ability to build customer relationships. Great diagnostic skills, commitment to safety and ability to manage your workload will see you succeed as a member of the Field Service Crew.

**Skills & Experience**
- Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology
- Proven experience/industry exposure
- Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent diagnostic and repair skills

**The role is Monday to Friday 10hrs**
