Arcade Attendant

Becoming apart of Paradigm Zone, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and friendliness. Address any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- **Game Guidance**: Explain game rules and instructions to customers, help them get started, and provide ongoing assistance as needed.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve any technical issues with gaming equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- **Team Communication**: Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a seamless operation and exceptional guest experience.
- **Front Counter Service**: Handle transactions, answer phone calls, and manage reservations.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Restock and refill machines, including claw machines and froyo machines, and ensure toppings are always available.
- **General Cleaning**: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the arcade, including gaming areas, front counter, and restrooms.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role
- Interest in gaming and interactive entertainment
- Team player with a positive attitude
