As a Business Development Representative at Lumify, you hold a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce by connecting with prospective clients and empowering them to thrive in the digital landscape of tomorrow. Your exceptional talent for generating new business opportunities and forging partnerships with both businesses and students to design cutting-edge education solutions will be the cornerstone of your success in this position.

**What will you do?**

Engage in consultative conversations to understand customer needs, identify pain points, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.

Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.

Research and gather market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
