**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an Inwards Goods Inspector to join our Shepparton Stores team at Rubicon. In this role, you will be integral to executing and developing strategies that enhance quality controls and best practices within our Inwards Goods and Warehouse areas.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented and thrives in a team environment. You will assist with ensuring that all incoming goods meet Rubicon’s strict quality standards, ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Your strong communication skills, computer proficiency and solid understanding of quality controls will help drive excellence in this role.

Previous experience with SAP B1 in a manufacturing or distribution setting is highly desirable.

Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Unpack, unload and check incoming deliveries
- Inspect goods from suppliers against Rubicon’s quality standards
- Complete and maintain necessary paperwork, reports and documents in a timely manner
- Release conforming goods and quarantine non-conforming goods to ensure accurate receival and placement into the warehouse
- Liaise with key stakeholders on receiving new product lines, quarantine goods, rejected components and returned goods
- Perform general duties as requested by Managers
- Comply with all OHS, Environmental and Quality system policies and procedures.

We want to hear from you if you have the:

- Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Solid understanding of material and product quality
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously while being a team player
- Physical capability to lift loads up to 20kg on occasion
- A sound understanding of OH&S and company policies
- A proactive approach to advocating for the Quality Management System and a mindset of continuous improvement
- Forklift experience (preferred)
